1
HubSpot's team key is called by hand 14 times

worker/index.ts:1549 drifted copies
Three note writes and both owner lookups skip the 429 cool-down (issue #302) that hsWrite starts; timeouts drift between 10, 15 and 20 s.
Untangle: Route every team-key call through hsWrite, so each one starts the 429 cool-down.
2
Lead and Deal Center's HubSpot proxies are copies

worker/deals.ts:302 · worker/leads.ts:332 drifted copies
About 40 identical lines: path check, size cap, cached read, live fetch, 429 reply. busyReply exists three times, with different headers.
Untangle: One relay in hscache.mjs with each app's own lists; one busyReply in hsbusy.mjs.
3
Deal Center's touch log can lose an entry

worker/deals.ts:287 drifted copies
Lead Center's log got an append inside the store on Sep 30 so two reps can't lose one; Deal Center still reads and writes the whole doc.
Untangle: One appendTouch(doc, key, entry) inside the store for both logs; drop the dead fallback.
4
Workflow failure handling is copied 37 times

worker/index.ts:3552 drifted copies
Six different lists of Bison statuses that stop a run; the error-message strip is pasted 18 times and cut at 120, 200, 300 or 500.
Untangle: why() and bisonFailed(status, final) in workflow.ts; each run keeps today's list.
5
A Gmail message is built by hand in 7 places

app/space/tools/deal-center.js:557 drifted copies
Three base64 encoders (one throws on a cut emoji); five compose links open the first Google account, not the rep's.
Untangle: DotSignature gets b64, b64u and composeUrl (with authuser); the tools use them.
6
"Where an email's own words end": 6 copies

app/space/tools/lead-center.js:136 drifted copies
Only Rep Inbox's handles Gmail's wrapped "On … wrote:" and Outlook's From/Sent block; Lead Center and Romy still cut on one line.
Untangle: Rep Inbox's quoteAt moves to app/email-thread.js; Lead Center and Romy use it.
7
HTML to plain text: 8 copies in the page

app/space/tools/lead-center.js:130 drifted copies
Three copies decode & before <, so "<" turns into "<"; others decode it last.
Untangle: One htmlText in app/email-thread.js, & decoded last; copies keep their extras.
8
coldEmailDrafts: 60 one-line forwards to the hub

worker/index.ts:6510 empty wrapper
Kept so calls had QuoteStore's names; QuoteStore's copy went in PRs #1023 and #1025. The counts it unwraps are never read.
Untangle: Callers use the hub; the 3 forwards that add a step move into hub.ts.
9
Romy's one-shot Claude calls: 8 copies

worker/index.ts:640 drifted copies
Same fetch, usage sum and text join in each; only some say "Romy is busy" on 429/529.
Untangle: One romyOnce(env, {system, user, max_tokens}); prompts and checks stay put.
10
2,000 lines of Sprinkle's runs live in index.ts

worker/index.ts:3217 leaky abstraction
Their modules document the runs, but the steps sit in index.ts; rebuild.ts, mockups.ts and hub.ts already do it right (xRun(payload, step, deps)).
Untangle: Each run moves to its module as xRun(payload, step, deps), like rebuildRun.
11
Finished one-offs never deleted

worker/index.ts:3736 leftover workaround
The retired Redraft run, phonesOf/kindsOf, isBlocklist, SKIP_HUB, unused imports, and Lead/Deal Center toast fallbacks that never run.
Untangle: Delete the Redraft run, phonesOf/kindsOf, isBlocklist, SKIP_HUB, dead toasts.
12
Two free-mail lists that disagree

worker/sprinkle/redirect.ts:27 drifted copies
Redirect's 18 domains miss yahoo.co.nz and friends, so a reply could be "fixed" to the wrong mail service's domain.
Untangle: Delete redirect.ts's MAIL_DOMAINS; use blocklist.ts's isFreemail.
